years of experience in the electronics gas business, with extensive knowledge
of the operational, financial and legal aspects of conducting business in Asian

Terry A. Francis joined MATHESON as chief technologist of
electronics in 2007. His duties include the company's technology development in
the electronics arena, including coordinating efforts on a global basis with
MATHESON's parent, Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC), and the other TNSC
entities. He also is responsible for establishing advanced collaborative
research programs focused on the semiconductor market. The entire MATHESON
Electronics R&D organization reports to Mr. Francis.
