Aerospace and defense – As a Tier One supplier of helium, we have the helium for your launch application, and we have the fleet of tube trailers needed to give you industry leading customer service. We also have helium recycling systems. But it doesn’t stop there – we also supply Xenon for your space applications. If you are heat treating parts to support the Aerospace and Defense industry, we can supply the bulk and cylinder gas you may need, including helping with your hydrogen and hydrogen mix needs, and DMF acetylene for your vacuum carburizing applications. Our hydrogen capabilities are unparalleled in this geography.
If you need beverage CO2 at an airport, we also can assist! MATHESON is not just a buyer and reseller of CO2 – we have our own plants that purify CO2, and microbulk trucks to safely deliver to your use point, as well as drivers that understand the security needs of Airports.
Welding and Metal Fabrication – Our sales reps certify as AWS Certified Welding Sales Representatives, because we know how important it is that you can rely on your sales representative for expert advice on your welding application. We supply all the major manufacturers of welding supplies- visit us in Fort Worth for your Lincoln Electric welder needs, Miller Electric welder needs, Hypertherm plasma cutting machines, and others. That includes a wide assortment of welding wires and filler metals- and our staff has the expertise to help you understand the AWS nomenclature, strength and other properties of each.
If you are looking to upgrade your cutting operation to a laser cutting table we can help with that as well – we have a partnership with a leading manufacturer of laser cutting tables, and can also support you with the assist gas needs, nitrogen, oxygen or a mix.
Life Science and Healthcare – your patients trust you, and you can trust us. Whether you are installing a bulk oxygen system at a hospital, or need small medical cylinders at a dentist’s office, we have single source accountability as you are working with the producer and filler of the gas – not just a reseller. For our customers doing life science, scientific research, or freezing biological specimen, we can help everything from with liquid nitrogen, cryogenic freezers to vacuum jacketed piping.
Our medical gases are filled and stored securely in accordance with all applicable regulations. We are familiar with the strict compliance standards and emergency planning that large hospitals require. We have 35 FSSC Certified and FDA registered ASUs for food grade nitrogen and 36 medical ASUs registered with the FDA. Our ASUs manufacture Oxygen, USP and Nitrogen, NF under Good Manufacturing Practices following approved procedures which are in alignment with 21 CFR Part 213 and CGA M-2 Standard for the Manufacture of Designated Medical Gases.
