MATHESON’s ongoing drive for sustainability improvement will be accelerated by leveraging our best-in-class waste reduction process, “The Right Way” Program, to deliver measurable gains in environmental stewardship in our operations, to provide Safety, diversity and inclusion on our Team and to ensure strict compliance with laws, regulations and ethical norms across our business for the greater good of our Team, Customers and Communities. This ultimately will create enhanced value for our Shareholders in the form of reduced risk, higher returns and more stability over time.

Formalizing the principles under The Right Way Program affirms our longstanding commitment to the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) benchmark of success in sustainable operations:
