Liquid phase argon can be delivered to large or small onsite cryogenic vessels. Pre-filled liquid cylinders are also options. For larger scale liquid argon applications, onsite argon production can be cost effective.
Gas phase argon is offered in various size cylinders and various purities. Mixtures are available for special applications such as plasma cutters, arc welding, and laser support.

Onsite Air Separation Unit (ASU)
In order to supply the highest argon consumption demands, MATHESON can produce liquid argon onsite, within the customer facility. Onsite argon production is normally performed by cryogenic air separation – designed, constructed, and operated by MATHESON to suit the site and process requirements. MATHESON also designs and provides onsite cryogenic storage.

Delivery of Bulk Argon Supply
Bulk delivery is also an option when argon demand is high – for both gas and liquid argon.
MATHESON cryogenic tank trailers deliver bulk liquid argon either to large cryogenic bulk storage vessels or to smaller MicroBulk tanks at customer sites.
For smaller requirements, pre-filled liquid cylinders are a versatile supply option. Argon can be dispensed from liquid cylinders in either gas or liquid phase.
