Pipeline Supply or Onsite Hydrogen Production Plant
For the highest consumption demands, hydrogen is produced most often by steam methane reforming (SMR) of hydrocarbons or by other means including autothermal reforming (ATR) and/or partial oxidation (POX). Other hydrogen production techniques may also be used.
Hydrogen gas production can be located onsite at the customer facility, or in some cases, MATHESON can offer over the fence pipeline delivery of hydrogen gas.
